Leading Virtual Teams– this interactive 90-minute workshop provides the essentials for any business professional to be more when working remotely. An option exists to tailor this to leading Hybrid Teams. Suitable for groups ranging in size from 6-60.
Innovation Through Virtual Teams– this is a six session program based on a course I teach at a business school. Participants will study how to effectively manage and understand technology, leadership, and culture to create value from their remote teams.
This 2-hour workshop helps participants understand the challenges and opportunities that come when working on the global stage. Participants will learn to recognize their own cultural behaviors through the use of the Culture Map framework and group activities. A second workshop can be added to help project teams work more effectively with their overseas colleagues and customers.
Compelling Presentations – This series of three 2-hour modules (Crafting Your Presentation, Understanding Your Audience, Delivering With Impact) can be taken independently or all together. This content is based on a course I have taught to MBA students since 2014, which has received a 96% student satisfaction rating. Introduction to Storytelling – This 90 minute workshop provides the essentials to allow business professionals to harness the power of storytelling, one of our most powerful forms of communication.
Storytelling for Innovation – This 90 minute session builds on Introduction to Storytelling by empowering users to tell “Stories from the future” to create value today. This is based on material I created for start-ups on how to use storytelling in venture pitch competitions.
Introduction to Design Thinking – This 90-minute course provides a brief overview of Design Thinking. We discuss what it is, how it can be used, and why human-centered design is one of the must-have skills for any business professional.
Design Thinking Workshop – This series of two 2-hour workshops dives deeper into Design Thinking. By focusing on understanding user needs and using the Value Proposition Canvas, participants can learn how to create and innovate new products or services aligned with their customer needs.
